East Burraton Park

A private new build completed over ten months.

Constructed from the ground up, the project brought a long-held vision to life while remaining carefully managed within the agreed budget. Working from architectural and structural drawings, the build ran from full structural works through to final finishes, incorporating bespoke carpentry, a zinc roof, renewable energy systems including an air source heat pump, and detailed interior elements throughout.

Distinctive external cladding gives the property its character, while internally the staircase, ceiling detailing, and rooflight installation required precise structural preparation before crane installation.

A few client-led refinements were introduced and incorporated without disrupting progress on site, and the project remained on programme and within the agreed budget throughout.

The finished result reflects the level of coordination and sustained on-site effort required across the full duration of the build.

“Dan came to us highly recommended from a couple of local projects. His approach was structured, engaging with our architects, building control and other professionals.

The small, dedicated team was managed to enable the build to progress quickly to a high standard. Dan’s connections to a wider circle of specialist, reliable tradesmen, coupled with his organisational skills, ensured this continuity.

A big thank you to Dan and all involved in this build, the result is superb, we have a lovely home…”
